The Regulation of Discharge from Liability in Swedish Company Law

This book is the result of a one-year post-doctoral research project in company
law that has been made possible through the Sven Unger Company Law
Scholarship funded by the law firm Mannheimer Swartling. The research
has been conducted in cooperation with the Swedish Corporate Governance
Institute at Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law, Stockholm University.
I would like to thank the scholarship award committee for serving as a
reference group for the research project, which consisted of Supreme Court
